Services described

Pages describe educational sessions on technical analysis training focused on moving averages and trend filters. Descriptions are informational. A binding booking arises only when we confirm a seat in writing after your inquiry.

No investment advice warranty

Training discusses chart reading methods for educational purposes. Nothing on this site is personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own market decisions and risk.

Intellectual property

Lesson sheets, written routines, workshop packets, and site copy belong to Network Beaconhub or its licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal study. You may not republish, sell, or teach from those materials commercially without written consent.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse or cancel seats when conduct interferes with other participants.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, Network Beaconhub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability related to a paid seat is limited to fees you paid for that seat.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila shall hear disputes arising from these terms, subject to applicable consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
