Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling rules for Network Beaconhub lessons and workshops on moving averages and trend filters.
Scope
This policy applies to paid seats for foundation lessons, weekly chart clinics, trend filter labs, and workshop path cohorts offered by Network Beaconhub. It does not cover software subscriptions or shipped merchandise because we do not sell those.
Eligibility window
- Full refund: written cancellation at least seven days before the scheduled start
- Partial refund (50% of fees paid): cancellation between six days and forty-eight hours before start
- No refund: cancellation inside forty-eight hours, no-shows, or departure after a session has begun
Non-refundable items
- Courier costs already spent on printed chart packs mailed outside Metro Manila
- Third-party room fees when a private group booked an off-site lab and the venue charged a non-recoverable deposit
Work already started
If a multi-Saturday workshop path has begun, refunds apply only to unused remaining Saturdays, calculated on a pro-rata basis minus materials already prepared for you.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee when notice arrives at least forty-eight hours before the seat and space exists in a later date. Additional reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the windows above.
Deposits
Some cohort paths require a deposit to hold a seat. Deposits follow the same timing rules as full fees unless your confirmation email states a different hold period.
No-shows
Missing a confirmed seat without notice forfeits the fee for that seat. We may offer a courtesy materials packet at our discretion; it is not guaranteed.
Refund process
Email contact@network-beaconhub.world with “Refund request,” your full name, session date, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within three business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel within ten business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.
Exceptions
Serious illness or force majeure documented in writing may receive case-by-case consideration beyond the standard windows.
